Book Club - Terms & Condition
As part of Live Your ROAR® LLC
located at 4220 Herschel Ave, Dallas, TX 75219, USA
Contract and License Agreement for Book Clubs organization where the rights of the books are owned by Dr. Lisa Cooney and/or LIVE YOUR ROAR® LLC mentioned as DLC or/and LYR in this agreement.
Agreement between Dr. Lisa Cooney and Live your ROAR® LLC and Organizer of the book club, Mentioned as The Organizer in this agreement.
- General
You have been given this contract because you requested to organize a Book Club with one of the books of DLC or/and LYR. It is important that you read and understand this contract.
By signing this contract and organizing the book club, you agree to be fair and take in consideration the suggested investment for the book club mentioned in paragraph 3. You will be entitled every year to the following, as long as you comply fully with the terms of this contract, and other requirements as sent to you from time to time.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REVOKE THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME IN OUR SOLE JUDGMENT THAT WE BELIEVE YOU ARE NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT OR ARE CONDUCTING YOUR BUSINESS OR PRACTICE IN ANY WAY THAT CAUSES DISPARAGEMENT OR TARNISHMENT OR DILUTION WITH OUR BRAND OR OUR BUSINESS.
2. Books
This agreement applies for the list of the following books as for May 2020:
- Radically Alive beyond Abuse
- Lies of Money
- The Body of Change
- Creating After Abuse
This agreement also includes any other book that will be released in the next 10 years or until this contract is been renewed or updated by DLC or/and LYR.
3. Terms & Condition of a Book Club
A book club is an invitation for the public to discover a book and its content, to be interested in it, and then to make the choice to purchase the book if the content is creating more in their life. All books will follow the same rule:
a. The Organizer will read a maximum of 40% of the book during the Book Club. For Radically Alive beyond Abuse, you have a total of 9 chapters so you can read 4 of them as a maximum. For Lies of Money, you have a total of 6 chapters so you can read 3 of them as a maximum.
The Organizer cannot read the entire book during the book club.
b. DLC or/and LYR are suggesting a maximum fee of:
- $35 USD for the book Radically Alive beyond Abuse
- $55 USD for the Lies of Money
c. We invite The Organizer to choose a few chapters to respond to the 40% rule by indicating here what chapter she/he wants to read to her/his audience.
Suggestion:
Use your awareness and choose to read the chapters that you perceive will create more and allow people to receive the benefits of that book with ease.
d. Dr. Lisa Cooney will be happy to be invited to zoom in 30 min in any of your Book Club Chapter to support you and your audience. Feel free to send us an email at [email protected] to schedule her.
e. The Organizer will regularly share with her/his audience checkout links to purchase the book(s) of Dr. Lisa Cooney.

f. The Organizer will also invite her/his audience to leave a review on the different websites where people will purchase any forms of the books.
g. We suggest The Organizer to share her/his affiliate link with her/his audience in order to invite people to purchase the products the Book Club Radically Alive Beyond Abuse or the Book Club Lies of Money made by Dr. Lisa Cooney. In these products, she reads the entire book and offer facilitation.

h. The Organizer can also invite her/his audience to discover other products of Dr. Lisa Cooney or/and Live your ROAR by sharing the checkout links of Dr. Lisa’s website Store page.
4. Copyrights and Responsibility
You are prohibited from copying, translating, printing, distributing, adapting, altering, modifying, or creating derivative products (such as PDF) from any DLC or/and LYR’s books or other publications. Any unauthorized copying of our books, manuals, or other publications will be grounds for termination of this contract. We reserve the right to pursue all remedies under the law for copyright infringement and recovery of all attorneys’ fees and costs, governed by the laws of Dallas, Texas, as applicable and notwithstanding any conflicts of laws.
DLC or/and LYR is not responsible for any activities of individuals who are offering book club.
