The road of consciousness

 

 

There was always this one sticking point that I never could get beyond no matter what I was doing. That changed with The ROAR Method®.

How does it work? Whatever you're triggered by today, in the areas of, health, relationship, money, for example, is going on in a certain part of your body, it just is.

If you track it back to one of the first times in your life, your body's going to guide you, you're going to find why those situations keep coming back with the same feeling.

While you might get better, and less reactive and more responsive, it's still there in your life as an adult because you haven't gone back to the root, to the problem or the issue and the belief got locked in, generated and created.

We've discovered that there are at least 25, more show up all the time, unconscious beliefs are made and formed in our younger years, generally before the age of seven. They are locked in our body. They are locked in our circuitry, our consciousness and in the muscles, ligaments, tendons, organs and systems of our body.

For for example, a belief could be I'm unlovable, there's something wrong with me. I'm unlovable is an unconscious belief. There's something wrong with me usually is the thought but underneath that is the belief. Generally it's something to the effect of, I am ashamed, I'm fundamentally bad or wrong, I'm unworthy, I'm evil, I'm a victim, I'm a perpetrator and can go on and on.

For many years now, in classes all around the world, people have heard me say, Hi Body, Hi Body, Hi Body, from English to Spanish, to Portuguese, to Turkish and on and on. It's one of my favorite things when I visit another country. I like to learn that phrase in their language even before "where is the bathroom" 😂

On a more serious note, connecting with your body is very rewarding and often avoided. I am a thinker and getting into a routine with my body, my self and my creations took work for awhile and NOW, it's a morning routine that I just can't miss.
