I recently had a conversation about Artificial Intelligence that left me feeling inspired — not fearful. In fact, the more I thought about it, the more I realized how much we, as human beings, are being called to deepen our connection to ourselves, our purpose, and our souls in this rapidly advancing world.
You see, in a time when AI is pushing the boundaries of possibility, it offers us a unique opportunity. It offers us the chance to reclaim what is irreplaceable about being human.
To me, AI is not something to fear; it’s something to embrace.
But not in the way you might think.
What if we started to see AI not as a competitor but as an extension of ourselves?
What if we allowed it to do the heavy lifting so that we could focus on what truly matters — the deep, soulful work of healing, loving, and living authentically?
In the face of automation and technology, we can reclaim our humanity.

Because while technology can replicate form, it can never replicate essence.
It cannot feel what you feel. It cannot heal what you carry. It cannot hold space for your pain and your beauty in the way that you can.
